Almond Curry Chicken Salad

3 C. cubed chopped chicken

1 tart apple chopped

2 t. chopped onion

1/2 C. chopped celery

1/2 C. grape halves

1/2 C. slivered almonds

fresh lemon juice to taste

1 C. mayonnaise

1/2 t. salt

black pepper freshly ground

1/3 to 1/2 t. curry powder

Combine chicken, apple onion, celery, grapes and almonds.

Blend lemon juice, mayonnaise, sand seasonings together. Fold into chicken mixture.

Serve chilled.
