Bahrain : Protesters in front of the headquarters of the British PM condemn support for the Al Khalifa regime

SHAFAQNA (Exclusive) – Bahraini opposition in London organized a new sit-in on Saturday (November 1) in front of the headquarters of the British prime minister (10 Downing Street), in protest against the British support for the Al Khalifa regime, which they described as “oppressive.” The protesters chanted slogans condemning the British policy toward Bahrain, and to protect the existing regime in Bahrain and defend it in international forums, as well as Britain’s arms export to Khalifa regime.

It is noteworthy that Britain and America from the largest of Bahrain’s allies, and hosts the last US Fifth Fleet headquarters, while Britain announced its intention to build a military base there.
