SHAFAQNA – Bahraini court adjourns Shia leader Sheikh Ali Salman trial till 20 May 2015 . Wednesday’s trial of Sheikh Ali Salman, head of al-Wefaq Islamic Society, is expected to feature testimony from key defence witnesses. Salman is being tried on multiple offences, including inciting a “change of government by force, spreading hatred among a segment of society and insulting the interior ministry”.Today hearing was attended by witness opposition leader Salman A.Nabi and A.Jaleel Khaleel where they insisted that Sheikh Ali was calling for peace reform and condemned the violence . Defense panel allowed to meet Sheikh Ali Salman for only 5 minutes before the hearing session begins Mean while , Journalist, Nazeeha Saeed, has been prevented from entering court to attend Sheikh Ali Salman trial despite being authorized by Ministry of interior .
