SHAFAQNA – News report said ” Bahrain’s Higher Criminal Court on Thursday has sentenced three Shia Muslims to death a bomb attack last year that killed three policemen. Another seven people were jailed for life for the attack in a village near the capital, Manama, on 3 March. In addition, eight of the defendants will now lose their Bahraini citizenship.”

Bahrain crushed the protests after neighbouring Gulf nations of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates sent in troops, amid fears the local political conflict would set the stage for Shia-majority to the power.
