Why the believers do not consider the world as a secure abode?

SHAFAQNA – Jaber (RA) narrated: I was with Imam Baqir (AS) who said: O’ Jaber, verily the believers did not trust to remain in this world and were not safe from reaching the hereafter. O’ Jaber, the hereafter is the stable abode, and this world is the house in decline; but the people of the world are neglectful and it seems the believers are those who think and take heed: What they hear by their own ears do not make them deaf from remembering Allah (SWT); and whatever ornaments their eyes see, do not make them blind of remembering God; then they attained the rewards of the hereafter as they gained this knowledge [1]. The important point of this narration is that, those believers who take heed (learn lessons from every day events) and remember God at all the times, attain the rewards of the hereafter as well as gaining the knowledge.
