Can a part of non-partitioned land which is shared with others be endowed for building a Mosque in it? The Grand Ayatollah Khamenei’s answer

SHAFAQNA – The Grand Ayatollah Khamenei answered a question about building Mosque in non-partitioned land.

Question: I own a part of non-partitioned land which is shared with others; can my part be endowed (Waqf) for building a Mosque in it?

The Grand Ayatollah Khamenei: There is no problem, on the condition that after partitioning, the land can be used for building a Mosque in it.
