Coffee linked to reduced risk of erectile dysfunction

SHAFAQNA – According to Medical News Today reported that “Drinking two to three cups of coffee every day could lower a man’s risk of erectile dysfunction. This is according to a new study published in the journal PLOS ONEErectile dysfunction (ED), or impotence, is the inability to get and sustain an erection that is firm enough for sexual intercourse. It is the most common form of sexual dysfunction in men, affecting more than 18 million aged 20 and older in the US.

ED can be a devastating condition for men, causing lack of self-confidence, stressand relationship problems. The majority of ED cases are caused by physical problems, including high blood pressure, overweight, obesitydiabetes and high cholesterol, though it can also be triggered by psychological issues.
