Concealing the truth at the time of Nikah / the Grand Ayatollah Fayyaz’s answer

SHAFAQNA – The Grand Ayatollah Fayyaz answered a question about concealing the truth at the time of Nikah.

Question: Ten years ago, despite having a wife, my husband said he was single, and after our Nikah, he divorced his first wife; and now we have a child together, has my husband concealed the truth, and have I the right to terminate the Nikah?

The Grand Ayatollah Fayyaz: Assuming the conditions mentioned in the question, you do not have the right to terminate the Nikah.
