SHAFAQNA – The Grand Ayatollah Sistani answered questions about developing negatives of photos which are without Hijab.
Question: 1) Is it Haram or not to take pictures without head cover and full Hijab? 2) And what is the ruling for the person who develops negatives?
The Grand Ayatollah Sistani: 1) There is no problem on its own. 2) There is no problem if does not know the owner of the photograph, and does not look lustfully.
