What is the effect of everlasting optimism about God?

SHAFAQNA – It is narrated from Imam Al-Ridha/Reza (AS) who said: Be optimistic about Allah (SWT) because whoever does so, God will accompany his/her optimism [1]. In another narration, Imam Ridha (AS) said: Be optimistic about God, because God said: I am with the thought of My believing servant, if his/her thought of God is good, God’s behaviour towards him/her will be good; and if it is not good, God’s behaviour will not be good towards that person [2]. It seems that human being’s optimism about God is a source of hopefulness, because it has been mentioned in a narration that: the human being’s optimism about God is proportional to that person’s hopefulness in God [3].
