What are the effects of being nice to family and neighbours?

SHAFAQNA – It is narrated from the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) who advised Imam Ali (AS): O’ Ali, be good-natured (kind, friendly and patient) with your family and relatives and neighbours and all those who you socialize with, so that your name will be registered/recorded with Allah (SWT) in the highest of ranks and in order that you can reach the highest of positions [1].
