Exclusive – Salafi Hate Preacher Abu Qatada Spills Venom In Al Qaeda Publication – Still Goes Free

SHAFAQNA – Salafi fate preacher Abu Qatada, a Jordanian-born radical who was imprisoned and charged with terror related offenses in the UK, only to be let go by a Jordanian court following his extradition, continues to spill his venom against Shia Islam by writing in Al-Qaeda supported media.

He has now written a four-page article for Al Qaeda’s online magazine Al Risalah, labeling Shia Islam an apostasy and an evil onto the world.

It needs to be noted that Abu Qatada’s despicable outburst of hatred coincides with Ashura, a date which rings heavy for Shia Islam as it marks the martyrdom of Imam Husayn ibn Ali, the third Imams of Islam and grandson of Prophet Mohammad.

Abu Qatada’s beliefs align almost perfectly with those expressed by not only al-Qaeda but ISIS, aka Daesh …. and yet the man continues to walk free in Jordan.

Qatada’s introduction as a columnist will be seen as a concerted effort to attract more recruits, particularly from Britain where he was held in prison for many years.

Abu Qatada was thrown out of UK in 2013 after a legal battle costing up to £1million. He was deported to his native Jordan to face terror charges, but was cleared by judges on the grounds of ‘insufficient evidence’.

One can only hope that such a criminal will soon face the full wrath of the law. It needs to be remembered that such senseless calls for violence and hatred towards Muslims only serve to highlight the violence and reactionary ideology both Salafism and Wahhabism are based upon.

A faith of peace, compassion and mercy, Islam can never be associated with such characters.
