What is the first step of reforming others?

SHAFAQNA – We must change ourselves (for better), we are sunk in ignorance, we are sunk in immorality, and we do not have any kind of unity and alliance. But at the same time we expect God to help and support us. We spread thousand kinds of rumours about a small event; we have adopted lying and dishonesty as our method and we have avoided any kind of virtue; and at the same time we want to be the master of the world and have supremacy; this is not possible [1]. In this regard, it is narrated from Imam Ali (AS) who said: How can a person reform another whilst he/she has not reformed himself/herself yet [2].
