God’s encouragement for human being

SHAFAQNA (Shia International News Association) – Self-love exists in human being and a person becomes happy when others praise him/her but the holy Quran says: Do not praise yourself. The first encourager of human being is God. Allah (SWT) has encouraged human being and said repeatedly in Ayah 42 of Surah Al-Ma’edah, Ayah 76 of Surah Al-e-Imran and Ayah 222 of Surah Al-Baqarah: I love you. This is a kind of encouragement for human being. After God, the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) is the second encourager for human being.

The Almighty in Ayah 103 of Surah Al-Tawbah said to the Prophet (PBUH): Take their taxes and Zakats and pray for them. God in Ayah 159 of Surah Al-e-Imran said: Consult with people; meaning count on them and this is a kind of encouragement. God gives positions according to capabilities. Ayah 124 of Surah Al-Baqarah mentions trials of the Prophet Ibrahim (AS) and when he successfully completed them, Allah (SWT) encouraged him by granting him a higher position as a leader (Imam) which is the highest position for a human being.
