How important is Hijab in Islam?

SHAFAQNA – It is narrated from the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) who said: Any woman, who takes her clothes off in any other place than her own house, Allah (SWT) will take away Divine Cover from her [1]. In another narration, the Prophet (PBUH) told Houla (she was a perfume seller): O’ Houla, do not display your beauty for anyone except your husband; O’ Houla, it is not allowed for a woman to show the beauties of her hands and legs for anyone except for her husband; and if she did it, will always be with God’s and angels curse, rage and hostility; and on the Day of Judgment, a painful torment will be ready for her [2]. It is also narrated from the Prophet (PBUH) who said: Any woman who makes up, and wears perfume to go out of her house whilst her husband is also satisfied/comfortable with her action, for every step that she takes, God will erect a house in hell for her husband [3].
