Question: What is the ruling if the claimant wants to prove a claim by calling on witnesses who are his relatives, for example his brother or brother in law?

The Grand Ayatollah Shahroudi: There is no problem if they have all the conditions for giving evidence, and they are not beneficiaries of the case being claimed.
