SHAFAQNA – Imam Ali (AS): O’ God, send a plentiful rain in order that the famine-stricken people receive lots of blessings as a result, and the effects of drought disappear. Indeed, You are the God who sends rain after people become hopeless, and You will spread Your blessings everywhere; and You are the Guardian of the system of creation who is worthy of praise and worship [1].
