Imam Reza (A.S.) University is one of the approved Universities in Iraq

SHAFAQNA-

Dr. Yasser Abdul Zahra al-Hajjaj, along with a delegation visited various departments of Imam Reza (A.S.) International University, including the library, Fava building, ICT, University sites, intelligent classrooms, remote and electronic virtual training center etc., and got acquainted closely with the activities of this establishment.

“This university has a very high position” he said “because it is attributed to the name of Imam Reza (A.S.). We all have a special dedication to this university and the officials of this establishment.”

“This university has been approved by the Ministry of Science, and even some of the old universities do not have this privilege” al-Hajjaj added.

“The field of management of sacred places is one of the most important disciplines taught at this university and should be supported. Perhaps the various disciplines of this university have numerous rivals; however, the field of management of sacred places has no rivals, we want to transfer these special courses to Baghdad” he pointed out.

“Our pride is that our country’s youth are studying at this university. We are planning our students to go to the well-known places. Therefore, most of them study in cities of Mashhad, Shiraz and Qom. Because scientific discussion is not the only important matter to us, but the values are also important” the Iraqi science and cultural adviser expressed.

“Imam Reza (A.S.) International University is a comprehensive and mission-oriented university. For instance, students in the field of librarianship have priority in the library of Astan Quds Razavi, which is one of the best privileges of this university” he added.

“We have the most links with the medical sciences disciplines in Tehran and Shiraz University of Medical Sciences and we hope that this relation will be established with Mashhad University of Medical Sciences” he noted.

“We had no idea about this university and we got familiar with the different sections of this establishment and we gained considerable experiences” al-Hajjaj stated.
