SHAFAQNA (Shia International News Association)- Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Marzieh Afkham on Saturday strongly condemned Daesh terrorist action in massacring people of the Sunni Abu Nimer tribe in Anbar Province of Iraq.
While voicing sympathy with the Iraqi government and nation and families of the victims over the incident, Afkham said continued inhumane actions by the Takfiri terrorists against of the followers of religious sects, tribes and minorities in different parts of Iraq and Syria is the result of support of certain countries for the terrorist group and indicates the futility of anti-Daesh coalition.
She emphasized the need for serious campaign against Takfiri terrorist group and for sincere assistance of the international community to the Iraqi government and nation to fight terrorism.
She hoped that in light of prudence of the Iraqi government as well as the national unity and integrity of the country, there will be speedy victory of the Iraqi nation over the sinister menace of terrorism.
