SHAFAQNA (International Shia News Association) – Commander of Iran’s Navy Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari is in China for talks with senior officials of country on ways to promote mutual military cooperation between the two countries.
Sayyari arrived in China at top of a high-profile delegation and following official invitation of Chinese Navy Commander.
Promoting cooperation between Iranian and Chinese armed forces, holding joint drills, training cooperation and boosting defense cooperation are some of Sayyari’s goals in the trip.
Sayyari said that he would hold talks with Chinese officials on providing equipment and technical tools for Iranian Navy, adding, Iran would evaluate capabilities, skills and training potentials of Chinese Navy as well as marine equipment of the country.
