Most sensitive jail of Pakistan run by a Head-clerk and a convicted prisoner

Central jail of Pakistan that is considered as most sensitive jail of Pakistan has been run by a head-clerk and convicted prisoner. Sources told that both of these persons have been supported by the senior officials. Karachi central Jail is considered as the most sensitive Jail of Pakistan but despite its sensitivity, a convicted prisoner Ashok Kumar and a Head-Clerk Rafique Chana are running jail affairs. Rafique Channa and Ashok Kumar not only beat prisoner but also collect money from visitors. Apart from this change of prisoner’s barracks, prisoner’s access to medical and food facilities depend upon the orders of these two persons. Ashok Kumar and Rafique Channa have their informers in Jail which inform them about prisoner’s affairs. Rafique Channa also uses official telephone in Jail.
