Muslim working under non-Muslim Management / the Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli’s Fatwa

SHAFAQNA – The Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli answered a question about Muslim working under non-Muslim management.

Question: Is it Haram for Muslims to work under chairmanship or management of a Jewish person?

The Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli: 1) Just working under Jewish chairmanship/chief or management is not Haram for a Muslim. 2) It is not allowed if the work is Haram, or causes the weakness of the Islamic system, or strengthens the domineering force(s), or it may be used/exploited in Haram way(s).
