Afghan official on Sunday accused Pakistan of killing deputy governor Kandhar Abdul Qadim Patyal and said that Pakistan is behind killing of most of the Afghan leader. Pakistan is the place where such plots are engineered. Kandhar police chief said that Pakistan is involved in the killing of leader on both sides of Durand Line. He vowed that they will lave no stone unturn to bring culprits to justice. He said that this issue will be raised with Pakistan at diplomatic level.
