Pakistani Shia scholar pledges undying loyalty to Pakistan

SHAFAQNA – Spokesman of Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan Sheikh Mukhtar Imami addressed the provincial and divisional cabinets session at Wahdat House. He said that Pakistan came into being as a result of sacrifices of lives and properties of thousands of brave people.

These sacrifices were rendered for a great cause. That cause was getting a part of land, where golden and pure laws of Islam can be enforced. Unfortunately, anti-Pakistan and anti-Islam elements are dividing this land on the linguistic, groups, and religious sectarian basis at the behest of international forces so that ideology of Pakistan can be obscured.

After getting independence, Pakistan has suffered many hardships and that journey was as hard and arduous as at the time of its creation. Loyal sons of this land are used to render sacrifices of their lives in its defense and will continue to do so.

Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen and all patriotic Shia and Sunni people are real ideological and geographical defense of this country. This is the reason that despite worst terrorism and oppression borne by nation, enemy could not succeed in its objectives because blood of martyrs are present in the soil of this pure homeland. If someone makes treachery with the country then blood of martyrs defend this land.

Sheikh Mukhar Imami said that Quaid e Azam gave us a present of Pakistan on August 14. Independence Day is a day of reiterating our pledge. Defense and prosperity of beloved homeland is our responsibility. All religious, political and culturally align parties break the idols of nationalism.

We have to declare war against terrorism. Our pledge is defending every inch of this mother land by working shoulder to shoulder with Pak military till the last drop of the blood present in our bodies.

Addressing the new generation he said the youth should make Quaid e Azam and Allama Dr. Muhammad Iqbal their role model.
