President Rouhani : ‘Iran has no fear of threats and sanctions’

SHAFAQNA – President Rouhani among a large crowed of people in Isfahan stressed that the Iranian nation have no fear of the threats and sanctions and will continue the path of development.

Dr Rouhani said: “The Iranian people passed all the obstacles and challenges over the past 36 years and the government will pass current problems under the leadership guidance and support.

Ahead of his visit to Isfahan, President Rouhani had pointed to the fundamental role played by people of Isfahan during the Islamic revolution and Imposed War, saying that the government has approved many plans for the development of the province.

President said that Iran does not need a nuclear bomb because we have a great united nation.

We have no fear of sanctions and threats and will continue to grow through the unit, noted the President Rouhani.

“You have to ask of those who built the atomic bomb and provided the bombs to the Zionist regime, the atomic bomb was able to provide security for the West, America and the Zionist regime,” he added.

President Stating that Iranian youth launched a new satellite despite all the pressures and sanctions, Dr.Rouhani said, “We honor our space scientists and scholars in the field of biotechnology and nanotechnology and all the people throughout the world should know that our nation will continue the path of development with unity.”

Dr.Rouhani praised Isfahan as the center of Islamic culture and civilization. “One of the prime ministers from a key Islamic country told me he had traveled all over the world; however, he admitted that nowhere is like Isfahan and especially Imam square,” said Dr.Rouhani.

On the water crisis in Isfahan, President pointed to holding a number of supreme council meetings during which integrated watershed management across the country was approved to make fundamental and key decisions about water crisis all over the country.

President Rouhani also announced taking into account the operation and implementation of 28 projects with the credit of $186 million in 2015 and 2016.

“The government will do its best to improve and develop the situation in Isfahan provice,” Dr.Rouhani concluded.

In another part of his speech, the President discussed the problems of the province including air pollution and water scarcity as two major issues of this province.
