SHAFAQNA - Addressing a press conference on the anniversary of his landslide presidential election victory, President Rouhani also thanked Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei for offering guidelines for the nuclear talks, while supporting the negotiators and maintaining national unity.

He also thanked people for supporting his government in the course of nuclear talks.

‘I should appreciate our powerful negotiators, the Foreign Minister (Mohammad-Javad Zarif) who heads the team, because whatever we have gained until today is a source of national pride,’ he added.

‘Two years ago no big power, at least the G5+1 and other Western and Eastern powers, admit the right of enrichment in Iranian territory. Today also nobody in the universe, even the big Western powers, have the least doubt about Iran’s enrichment right and that its facilities in Natanz and Fordow will be kept open.

He said implementation of agreement will be coupled with lifting of economic and financial sanctions, which were imposed on Iranian nation in a tyrannical way and all the UN Security Council resolutions will also be revoked. ‘This is a big victory for the Iranian nation.’
