Did the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) ask for any reward from people?

SHAFAQNA – One sentence has always been repeated by all the messengers of God: O’ people, I do not ask you for any reward for conveying to you the Divine Message, my reward is with God and is granted by Allah (SWT). This sentence has been mentioned in Ayah 92, Surah Al-Hud, Ayah 109 of Surah Al-Sho’ara, and Ayah 51 of Surah Al-Hud. Like other prophets, the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) did not ask for any reward from his Ummah; and only asked for consideration and friendship towards his family, the Ahlul Bait (AS), as well as following and respecting them. Of course friendship towards Ahlul Bait (AS) and following them is beneficial to all believers in this world and the hereafter.
