How did the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) describe the hazy situation of sedition within the Islamic Ummah?

SHAFAQNA – It is narrated from the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) who said: The time will come for my Ummah (Islamic nation) when the number of poor people grows, and the number  of religious jurists (Foqaha) declines and the knowledge is gathered (is diminished) and disturbance/riot grows. Then after that, a time comes when some men from my Ummah recite the Quran which will not go higher than their throats. Then after that, a time will come when Mushrik (idolatrous person) argues with the believer and says words similar to him/her [1]. In another narration, the Prophet (PBUH) said: A time will come for people when the truthful person is rejected and the liar is accepted, and the trustworthy is considered as a traitor, and the traitor is considered as the believer. And the man gives evidence without being asked to do so, and makes an oath in a place where he has not been asked to make an oath. And it seems that the most prosperous of people is the dishonourable/ignoble one, the child of the dishonourable one who does not believe in God and God’s messenger [2].
