Question: What is the ruling on selling and renting things which have Halal usage but the seller or the landlord knows that the customer or the tenant has bought or rented them for Haram usage?
The Grand Ayatollah Shobairi: If the transaction is proved to cause Haram act by the customer and the tenant; the transaction is Haram.
