SHAFAQNA – The Grand Ayatollah Shobairi Zanjani answered questions about taking control of the wealth belonging to a person suffering from Alzheimer.

Question: Is it possible to take control of the wealth of a person who is suffering from Alzheimer? What are the limits of the control in these cases?

The Grand Ayatollah Shobairi: Taking control of the wealth of protected (incapable) people is allowed only by their legal guardians and by observing their interests.
