SHAFAQNA – It is narrated from Imam Sajjad (AS) that in some of his prayers he used to say to Allah (SWT): How can I give thanks to God because when I thank God that thanksgiving itself requires me to thank God [1]. Thanking God is in three parts; thanking through heart, by tongue and by deeds. The Almighty told Prophet Moses (AS): Thank God but the right of thanksgiving, Moses (AS) asked: Teach me how to thank God and Allah (SWT) replied: Now that you found this knowledge that God gave you this opportunity to thank is in itself a thanksgiving [2].
