The Grand Ayatollah Sobhani’s answer to a question about writing in the Qurans belonging to Mosques and holy places

SHAFAQNA – The Grand Ayatollah Sobhani answered a question about writing in the Qurans and prayer books belonging to the Mosques and holy places.

Question: In some Mosques and shrines sentences are written in the Quran and prayer books regarding dreams about Imams (AS) and the reader is encouraged to write the same sentences on other books or distribute these sentences or repeat them so many times, or some claim that if  “Ya Saheba Zaman” is repeated 141 times, their wishes will be granted; what is your view regarding this case?

The Grand Ayatollah Sobhani: The Qurans and prayer books belong to the Mosques and holy places and are there for believers to recite them and writing on them about any subject is not allowed. For resorting to Imam Zaman (AJ), recite Dua Tawassol and Dua Faraj and avoid any other acts which do not have authentic base.
