SHAFAQNA – It is narrated that a person who had prayed to God for 70 years spending that time on fasting and Salaat, one day he had a special request from God but it was not accepted. He started blaming his inner self and said: If there was a good deed with you my request would have been accepted, it is clear that I am doomed because of you. A divine angel was sent to him and said: O’ the child of Adam (AS), the hour that you spent blaming your inner self is better than all this time that you have spent on prayers [1].
