UN delegation visits Imam Hussein Museum

SHAFAQNA- The museum of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine received a delegation from the United Nations who visited the museum in order to see the unique antiquities there.

Dr. Adam Abdul Mawla, United Nations Credit Program manager, said: “We greatly respect Imam Hussein’s principles in terms of instilling Islam in people; therefore, we are honored to have visited the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine”.

He also said that the invaluable antiquities at the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine reflect the history of the holy city of Kerbala. Moreover, the other members of the delegation expressed their happiness and desire to visit the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine again.
