SHAFAQNA (Shia International News Association) – There are those who do not believe in God and the hereafter but they appear as Muslims. These people want to use the religion to reach their material goals. For instance, these people pretend to be believers to benifit from the advantages of the Muslim society; meaning in order to use the people of the Islamic society, they claim that they believe in God and the Day of Judgment. These pretenders in fact target the world and its materialistic enjoyments. Of course these people will not be counted as believers, thus Quran called them hypocrites (Monafeq). These pretenders only target the world and their claims of believing in God is their only tool to get to worldly pleasures [1].
