Who are the cleverest of the believers?

SHAFAQNA – The Prophet of Islam (PBUH) was asked: Who are the cleverest of the believers? The Prophet (PBUH) replied: The cleverest of the believers are those who remember death more often (a lot), and prepare for it [1]. Death is a reality and to neglect this fact, is harmful to the human being, because when the time of death comes, he/she will not be ready, as during the life time, he/she did not prepare the provision for the journey ahead; and that is a great loss. One of the best ways to get ready for death is to repent to God from sins regularly, and ask for forgiveness. This deed paves the way for the human being to get closer to God, as well as avoiding negligence of the hereafter, and preparing some provision for the journey ahead.
