SHAFAQNA – Who can implement the religious teachings?
Imam Ali (AS) said: The Divine Commands and Decrees can only be upheld by someone who does not take the path to leniency and compromise against the oppressed and in the way of falsehood, and does not behave like criminals, and is not obedient to greed and inappropriate self-desires [1].
