SHAFAQNA – Iqna : Four sisters who are all the same age have succeeded to memorize the whole Quran.
The 18-year-old quadruplets live in a small house in Umm Tuba in southern occupied Palestine, according to Al Jazeera.
Dina, Dima, Suzan and Warzan al-Shunaity started memorizing the Quran at the age of 13 and it took them 4 years to memorize the entire Holy Book.
“We started memorizing the Quran at 13 by taking courses at Abdullah bin Massoud Quran Center,” Dina says.
The four are also very successful at school, which they say is a blessing related to their closeness to the Quran.The Holy Quran is the only religious Scripture that is memorized by its followers.
Innumerable persons in every Muslim community have memorized the Quran since the first day it was revealed.
The Quran has 30 Juzes (parts), 114 Surahs (chapters) and 6,236 verses.
