SHAFAQNA – The Grand Ayatollah Sistani answered a question about Khoms for Ihram garb.
Question: Is Khoms only Wajib for Ihram garb at the time of Hajj or if clothes or other necessities which are not used in Hajj are liable for Khoms?
The Grand Ayatollah Sistani: If Khoms year has passed for Hajj garb and they have not been used, must pay Khoms for them and also other necessities.
