Pakistan President warned New Delhi for threats about occupying its part of Kashmir

SHAFAQNA- Press TV: Arif Alvi, the Pakistani President, warned India about its threats and said they will  teach New Delhi a lesson the same as what they did in February of this year when country’s air force had shot down two Indian fighter jets and arrested one of pilot who was released subsequently as a peace gesture.

The border tension has been escalating between two nuclear armed neighbours after New Delhi annexed its own part of Kashmir by ending decade long special status of the disputed territory. Since then, Pakistan has been engaged to an offensive diplomacy to remind the world that the annexure of Kashmir was in defiance of UN Security Council resolutions which calls for plebiscite to let Kashmiris decide on whether they want to stay with India or join Pakistan.

Country’s Foreign Minister briefed top leaders on how international community like EU is concerned over large scale human rights abuses with 45 days long curfew and complete communication blackout in Indian disputed Kashmir region.

For many in this conference, annexure of parts of Kashmir by India is just a beginning of what they called “a greater expansionist agenda by Hindu extremist ruling party”

Pakistan has vowed to internationalize Kashmir dispute and expose of what it calls extremist agenda of Indian ruling party to occupy neighbour countries like disputed Kashmir region and convert minorities particularly Muslim into Hindu religion.
