SHAFAQNA- The Daesh terrorist group on Saturday claimed responsibility for a terrorist attack that killed 12 people near the Iraqi holy city of Karbala on Saturday.
The terror group claimed responsibility for the attack late on Saturday, al-Sumaria news reported.
The suspect in the deadly minibus bombing was arrested shortly after the attack.
The suspect had gotten on the minibus at Jarf al-Sakhra district and left an exclusive device in the vehicle before getting off.
Minutes later, the device went off at the checkpoint 54 on the road between Baghdad and Karbala.
At least 12 people were killed and several others wounded in the bomb attack, abna24 reported.
