SHAFAQNA- President Hassan Rouhani met Secretary General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres on Wednesday.
The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), tensions in Persian Gulf, Hormuz Peace Initiative and the US economic terrorism against the Iranian nation were among the topics dealt with during the meeting.
Moreover, Rouhani and his Irish counterpart Michael D. Higgins held talks at the United Nations Headquarters in New York on Wednesday.
Both sides conferred on mutual relations as well as the latest international developments.
Earlier, he sat down for talks with French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Angela Merkel as well as UK, Spanish and Swedish prime ministers and Swiss president.
