SHAFAQNA- Alkafeel: According to Engineer Dia Majeed Al-Sa’egh, the Head of the Engineering Projects Department at the al-Abbas’s (p) Holy Shrine, all works related to the project of building the strategic studies center located in Najaf province have been completed. The technical and engineering plans of this building simulate the Islamic tradition, and a modern implementation based on the latest architectural methods and sophisticated systems.
He added: “The project has been completed within the timelines, as a result of the high determination, sincerity and dedication, whether by the executing company or from the ongoing monitoring and field supervision by our department for this project, which, God willing, will be one of the Architectural edifices of Najaf “.
Stressing: “The Islamic Centre for Strategic Studies of the Department of Intellectual and Cultural Affairs at the Al-Abbas’s (p) holy shrine, which is based in the holy city of Najaf, and as a result of its expansion and the large number of its departments with their subdivisions, and because the place allocated to it currently is not in line with its services and its progress, and does not meet the current and future plans and ambitions, the Al-Abbas’s (p) holy shrine considered the establishment of special building for this center, which will be functional next month, God willing.”
It is noteworthy that the project, which is implemented by Anwar Hadar General Contracting Ltd, is being built on an area of 890 square meters divided into seven floors. Special designs have been prepared, whether in construction or finishing to be an icon in the city of the Commander of the Faithful (peace be upon him). The Department of the Engineering Projects at the al-Abbas‘s (p) Holy Shrine has adopted in the implementation of the concrete structure and the raft foundation, the use of modern technologies in all the finishing works either inside or outside the building, including central air conditioning, electricity system, sanitary, all the service systems (calling system, fire extinguish system, camera system, communications system and gas system.
