SHAFAQNA- AQR: Imam Reza’s (AS) International Mawkab (accommodation tent), which is located in eastern entrance of Tabriz, is ready to render services to Azeri and Turkish pilgrims heading to Iraq’s Karbala for Arba’een ritual ceremony.
Announcing the above, Mohammad Yusef Shakeri head of Astan Quds Razavi’s office in Tabriz, said: “The Mawkab is set up for the third consecutive year to serve Arba’een’s pilgrims coming from Turkey, Azerbaijan, the Balkans, and Caucasus region”.
He added: “Almost 1000 pilgrims of Arba’een anniversary from southern Russia, Georgia, Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, and Turkey were hosted by Imam Reza Mawkab last year”.
“These pilgrims will also be hosted by other provinces’ popular byroad accommodation tents in their way to the Iranian-Iraqi border, based on the conducted arrangements,” he further noted.
The international Mawkab of Imam Reza (AS) in Tabriz is set up by Razavi servants at AQR’s office every year. It provides pilgrims of Arba’een with warm meals and also cultural and religious programs in their mother tongue.
