Question: Is there a problem with performing Wudhu with votive (Nadhri) mineral water by Arbaeen pilgrims which is not specified whether they are for drinking or any other specific purpose or for general purpose?
The Grand Ayatollah Khamenei: According to assumption in the question it is not allowed unless it is known that the owner of the water is satisfied with it.
