SHAFAQNA – In Ayah 117 of Surah Hud, Allah (SWT) said: “Your God would not destroy any town without cause if its people are reformed (amend their ways).” Regarding the main point of this Ayah, the Prophet of Islam (PBUH) said: Reform in this Ayah means that people are fair and act fairly to each other [1]. Also in another narration the prophet (PBUH) said: O’ Ibn Masood, treat people fairly, and wish them well and have pity on them. If you are like this and God gets angry with people of a town which you are among them, God will look at you and for your sake, have pity on them [2].
