What is the meaning of “the right path”?

SHAFAQNA – Imam Sadeq (AS) was asked: What is the meaning of the right path? Imam (AS) replied: The right path is the path of knowing Allah (SWT) which is divided into the path in the world and the path in the hereafter. The path in the world is the same as Imam (AS) who accordingly is Wajib to be obeyed (Wajibul Ita’ah), and the path in the hereafter is the bridge which crosses hell. Whoever knows the path of this world (the Imam (AS) who must be obeyed), and obeys him, will easily cross the path of the hereafter. But the one who neglects knowing the infallible Imam (AS) or obeying him, his/her legs will shake on the Day of Judgment and will fall into hell [1].
