SHAFAQNA – For carrying out any task, the right tools and means must be used and in the holy Quran regarding the case of Zulqarnain this has been explained clearly. Ayah 84 of Surah Al-kahf says: We provided facilities for him on earth and gave him means for everything. Zulqarnain used these divine facilities to reach his goals as described in Ayahs 85, 89 and other Ayahs of Surah Al-Kahf.
