SHAFAQNA- The Iranian Foreign Minister announced that Saudi Arabia has designated its new Ambassador to Tehran.
According to IRNA, Hossein AmirAbdollahian said: Saudi Arabia has introduced its new Ambassador to Tehran on Tuesday (09 May 2023).
The Iranian Foreign Minister added: We will soon introduce our new ambassador [in Riyadh] to the Saudi government.
In response to another question about the reopening time of the embassies of Iran and Saudi Arabia, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian explained: My colleagues have been trying to get our embassy and consulate general ready to reopen for several weeks
