SHAFAQNA- After the start of the Ukraine conflict, the EU may have simply switched its dependence on another, says the Union’s top Diplomat Josep Borrell.
Speaking at a geopolitical summit organized by Le Grand Continent magazine on Wednesday (20 Dec. 2023), Borrell admitted that although the bloc usually has difficulty solving complex issues. one member could stop the process, “miraculously” able to quickly coordinate its response to hostilities in Ukraine.
